I don't normally do reviews but I felt it was important to leave a great review for amazing service. Nick (I think that was his name) was very professional, spent time inspecting the house for rodent openings and really looked in all parts of my home. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to call them out in the future.
One mouse in the utility room was the problem. The problem was resolved very quickly. I would not hesitate to call AMPEST again!

Nick did an outstanding job helping us with our ant problem. He was prompt, thorough and extremely knowledgable. He explained exactly what he was going to be doing and even went out of his way to help protect out dog and dog toys so no harm would be done to her. I noticed the very next day our ants were gone!

Despite our anxiety hearing that we had critters in our attic, AMPEST’s Joe Peifer put our minds at ease, setting traps and locating the entry origin of the flying 🐿️ After a week, the traps were empty and we were relieved! Now to call a roofer for repair. AMPEST’s Joe is a professional and knows his stuff. He is also a fascinating and likeable human! We made a new friend along the way ;-) Highly recommend!

Steve was awesome! He came out to spray for ants and explained what he was going to do. After he was done he mentioned that he moved my dogs toys away from the house so they wouldn’t get poison on them!! I was so appreciative,as I don’t know that someone else would have taken the time. I highly recommend Ampest 100%. We use them at our office and at home. I also want to mention Jane in the office she is quick to respond and always very helpful. Great company all around..

Great experience from start to finish! They were able to schedule a service call in a timely manner. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained all options. Nick removed a bird nest in a fan exhaust vent. He also installed a bird-resistant vent cover to deter them from entering again. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Ampest twice in the past few months, once for a raccoon in the attic. I was lucky enough to have Joe come out both times. He was attentive, communicated well, and did a great job both times. I won’t go anywhere else if I have animal issues again.

Yesterday, your representative, Nick, came to our home to do a complete spraying to control insects. He completed the spraying inside and will return on Monday to spray the outside. We were very satisfied with his service.
They are prompt & helpful. Matt is great! I’ve used them & he’s come out every year for annoying spring tails that come. They return any voicemails promptly & the women in the office are nice; easy to talk to/schedule.

This group is amazing!! The tech DJ is fantastic!! He's a hoot and got all the small crevices in my home. They even came out and got rid of a bald faced hornets nest right away after my husband got stung. I have noticed a definite decrease in the pests in my home since they have started treatment. I will be using them for a long as they'll have me.
