Yesterday, your representative, Nick, came to our home to do a complete spraying to control insects. He completed the spraying inside and will return on Monday to spray the outside. We were very satisfied with his service.
They are prompt & helpful. Matt is great! I’ve used them & he’s come out every year for annoying spring tails that come. They return any voicemails promptly & the women in the office are nice; easy to talk to/schedule.
We call them for everything and have been getting our foundation sprayed for years!
This group is amazing!! The tech DJ is fantastic!! He's a hoot and got all the small crevices in my home. They even came out and got rid of a bald faced hornets nest right away after my husband got stung. I have noticed a definite decrease in the pests in my home since they have started treatment. I will be using them for a long as they'll have me.

The tech was prompt, he completed the Ampest Exterior Foundation Power Spray thoroughly and carefully. We plan to use them again in the future.
I’ve used this company 3 times now. They’re super friendly, they answer the phone, and they show up on time. Also their product has stopped ants where others did not back when I first used them. DJ was very professional and thorough.

They are very responsive, respectful, and courteous. I am highly allergic to spiders and any time I had an issue they were out right away. I also had an issue with a bird in my attic and they came out right away. They are great with answering questions and also educationing me.

The office staff were very professional. The technician they sent out, Nick, was very kind and thorough. He was able to quickly diagnose our raccoon issue and come up with a plan to remove the animal and repair the area to prevent further issues. I highly recommend Ampest if you are having a wildlife issue.

We had a raccoon tear into our roof and get into the attic and eventually our walls! What a nightmare. We contacted another company and they worked the problem for almost two weeks with no results. We then switched to Ampest and Jeff came out assessed things and got the right trap into the right location. He checked the trap daily (unlike the other company) and in less than 4 days caught the raccoon that had taken up residence. Jeff was prompt, professional and calm (unlike me during this problem). This guy knows his stuff. Not happy with the raccoon but very happy with Jeff and Ampest.
I had a problem with squirrels in my attic crawl space. A wildlife professional was dispatched immediately upon me contacting them. He was able to catch the pregnant squirrel and her mate before she gave birth in my house. He was responsive, professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I paid to have the hole sealed up and he did a fabulous job with all of it. I would reccommend this company whoeheartedly. They were prompt and respectful of my property. I am truly a happy customer.
I had squirrels problem in my roof. Ampest was quick to deal with the problem and to temporary repair the roof problem. However the squirrels were given a taxi ride to a far away forest preserve....If I had my way those little pest would of been terminated the old fashioned way!!
Let me start by saying that I found Ampest through Google and I am glad that I did! I have been a loyal client for the past three years and Steve is the nicest and most professional person I could have asked for! I am about to call for my fall treatment and actually look forward to having Steve complete the A+ job once again! Don't hesitate and call Ampest, the customer service is top notch!

Had a vole problem in my backyard and called AmPest after being recommended by another family. They were able to come out quickly and Joe started the process right away and explained in detail what was going to happen. After a couple of weeks - it looks like the problem is under control. Price was right, customer service was above and beyond and most importantly there were results! I’d refer to anyone looking to take care of a pest problem! Great work!
The men were sealing off attic space from any rodents. They did a clean and efficient job.
Ampest was recommended to me by another exterminator I had called who didn't deal with my issue (chipmunks). When I called to inquire I spoke with Jim on the phone who was very helpful at answering all of my questions and provided all information and pricing up front. I called on a Friday and was able to schedule an appointment the following Tuesday. I appreciated that Ampest scheduled me for an early morning appointment to accommodate my schedule. The technician, John, was on-time and very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and recommended a treatment appropriate for my situation. I would recommend Ampest and will call them again if I ever need additional services.
Amazing company! I’ve had some bad experiences with exterminators, but Ampest is nothing like the rest. They make sure you are aware of all costs upfront, and they really take the time to explain their process and reasoning. I have had them come out to deal with a few issues, and they address everything! I would highly recommend.
