Great experience from start to finish! They were able to schedule a service call in a timely manner. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained all options. Nick removed a bird nest in a fan exhaust vent. He also installed a bird-resistant vent cover to deter them from entering again. Highly recommend!

We had a raccoon tear into our roof and get into the attic and eventually our walls! What a nightmare. We contacted another company and they worked the problem for almost two weeks with no results. We then switched to Ampest and Jeff came out assessed things and got the right trap into the right location. He checked the trap daily (unlike the other company) and in less than 4 days caught the raccoon that had taken up residence. Jeff was prompt, professional and calm (unlike me during this problem). This guy knows his stuff. Not happy with the raccoon but very happy with Jeff and Ampest.

I had a problem with squirrels in my attic crawl space. A wildlife professional was dispatched immediately upon me contacting them. He was able to catch the pregnant squirrel and her mate before she gave birth in my house. He was responsive, professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I had squirrels problem in my roof. Ampest was quick to deal with the problem and to temporary repair the roof problem. However the squirrels were given a taxi ride to a far away forest preserve....If I had my way those little pest would of been terminated the old fashioned way!!
